1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using DualTalk ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
DualTalk is a real-time voice translation application that allows users to speak in their language and receive translated voice output in another language. The App supports multiple languages and is available on iOS and Android platforms.
3. User Accounts
Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Free and Premium Services
- Free Tier: DualTalk offers a limited number of free translations. Usage limits may change at our discretion.
- Premium Subscription: DualTalk Premium provides unlimited translations, access to all voice options, and additional features. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.
- Auto-Renewal: Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use automated systems to access the App beyond normal usage
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, content, and branding, is owned by DualTalk and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
7. Translation Accuracy
DualTalk uses advanced translation technology but does not guarantee 100% accuracy of translations. The App is intended for general communication purposes and should not be relied upon for professional, legal, or medical translations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DualTalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the past 12 months.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
